Bill Dumont President and CEO - Founder Bill Dumont founded eMerchant in 2002 after spending 11 years in the wireless industry. eMerchant has become one of the nations leaders in providing merchant accounts for some of the largest online retailers. Before eMerchant Bill held the position as President of Worldnet Communications 1993-2002. At Worldnet, Bill's specialty was supporting the mobile merchant which eventually led him into the bankcard business. Bill enjoys good food and wine with his wife Tamara. He is also a proud parent of two little ones, Miller and Monique.

Jeff Carter Vp of Sales and Marketing Jeff Carter joins the eMerchant team with a sales and marketing background of 22 years. His career began in the automotive industry where he started as a salesperson and eventually owned and operated his own dealership. When his passion for the road became a passion for water he took his sales and marketing background into the boat and yacht industry. After several years of managing 3 different dealerships Jeff was recruited by PURE Management a Las Vegas based hospitality mogul. After 2 years of managing 2 premiere night clubs Jeff moved his family back to Southern California to join Bill and the eMerchant team.

Bobby Arents Senior Account Manager Bobby Arents is the Senior Account Executive at eMerchant. He has over 15 years experience in Sales and Sales Management in several industries. Bobby is married to a wonderful woman named Stefanie. Bobby says, “ I enjoy coming to work each day and look forward to meeting new people, with the added bonus of being able to save them more of their hard earned money. eMerchant really is a great place to work, as the CEO Bill really cares about each employee and every client, which is refreshing in an industry where most are just out to make the quick buck. It makes my job much easier”.

Aaron Easton Senior Account Manager Aaron Easton has a vast background in finance. His past experience includes, retail banking, commercial loans and financial planning. He is a proud graduate from the College of Business and Economics at California State University at Fullerton. He uses his experience in analytics everyday at eMerchant. Aaron is happily married to his lovely wife and has a new baby daughter. Away from the business, he enjoys photography, sailing to Catalina and spending time with family and friends.

Sam Hwang Senior Account Manager Sam comes to eMerchant from being the west coast sales manager for a motorcycle manufacturer. He brings over a decade of sales and management skills. He also worked in the pharmaceutical industry with a back ground in Computer Information Systems and Data Base Management. Sam enjoys spending his free time with his family, his motorcycle and volunteering with his church to help the homeless.

Mike Myers Technology Manager Mike Myers is the Director of Technology for eMerchant. Since joining eMerchant, Mike has played a key role in developing eMerchant’s company website, affiliate program, and development of their social marketing strategies. Mike also has background in SEO as well as Online Marketing. Mike attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he studied Graphic Design. Before his love for Information Technology, Mike worked as a Graphic Artist in the Skateboard Industry in which he still participates in art shows around the United States.

Veronica Sandoval Operations Manager Veronica Sandoval is the Operations Manager for eMerchant. Since joining eMerchant, Veronica has provided a high level of customer service and client relations based on outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Veronica comes to us with 15 years experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. As the office manager of Vonrope Mortgage, Veronica handled the daily operation of the business. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business and Accounting from University of Phoenix. Veronica enjoys traveling with her husband, and spending time with her family and friends.

Fran Dumont Director of Finance Fran Dumont is the Finance Director for eMerchant Inc and the third employee with the company. She served 30+ years in the real estate and financial sector before joining eMerchant. Fran wears several hats with eMerchant and has been a valuable asset. She is a proud mother of two sons and grandma to three newly born babies.

Dan Husband Director of Operations Dan Husband comes to eMerchant after 24 years in the wireless industry. Dan has extensive management experience not only in customer service, but in sales and operations as well. Dan’s belief in developing honest and good natured relationships has benefited him greatly in the Payment Processing industry. Dan has lived near the beach for over 30 years in Orange County California, where he enjoys all the area has to offer: sun, surf, and especially bicycling.
